Vestibular apparatus & the Earth's motions

The Earth is moving very fast in 4 different directions at the same time.

The human vestibular apparatus, which is very sensitive to the slightest change in orientation, ascent, descent, acceleration or deceleration, cannot perceive these motions nor at this time detect any change in any of them.

Can we assume that as far back as homo sapiens has been around c500,000 years, things have been moving so consistently swimmingly smoothly that no human vestibular apparatus has ever perceived any change in the Earth's speed or orientation whatsoever, and that in the scale of astronomical time vs biological time, is unlike ever to?
